The following services may be of support also:
Social Prescribing
Social prescribing is a free, Health Service Executive (HSE) service which helps to link you with social supports and social activities within your community. You or a family member or friend, acting on your behalf, can access social prescribing by phoning your local co-ordinator or your doctor can refer you.

A new mental health messaging support service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It provides in-the-moment anonymous support when you need it most.
This service aims to connect you with a trained volunteer in less than 5 minutes. They will listen to you and help you think more clearly, enabling you to know that you can take the next step to feeling better.
